Executive Training Course for DTOs in Quality Improvement and Leadership Management 

(This course is actual recording of the DTO Training session, and is only available for the participants of iDEFEAT TB project )

Taught by leading national and international faculty. A hands on practical 6 months course with weekly one hour video conference meetings and two in-person weekend workshops. 

Course themes include:

• Quality Improvement 

This course has been designed to explain the guidelines for PMDT in India 2021 for DR-TB Committee members of Nodal and district DRTB Centres, Medical College faculties, C&DST Microbiologists and Private Physicians. There would be live presentations on Zoom platform.. At the begining of the course, each trainee has to appear for a Pre-Test evaluation . Trainees also have to appear for the day-end quiz and score minimum of 2 credit points (out of 3 credit point) from single quiz.

This course has been designed to explain the guidelines for PMDT in India 2021 for District TB Officer, Medical Officers posted at various levels and Consultants of Genral Health System and Medical Colleges. There would be live presentations on Zoom platform.. At the begining of the course, each trainee has to appear for a Pre-Test evaluation . Trainees also have to appear for the day-end quiz and score minimum of 2 credit points (out of 3 credit point) from single quiz.

This course has been designed to explain the revised guidelines for PMDT in India 2021 for District TB Officer, State TB Officer, WHO Consultants, Medical Officers posted at various levels, Medical College Proffesors and staff of partner agencies. There would be live presentations on Zoom platform which is integrated with the Swasth e-Gurukul platform. At the begining of the course, each trainee has to appear for a Pre-Test evaluation and after each session, appear for the Rapid Assessments.
